Lézard & Balthazar is a creative and strategic communication agency based in Tunisia. For the launch of Enda Tao, a new mobile payment solution in Tunisia, we designed a comprehensive 360° campaign combining brand strategy, premium audiovisual production, always-on social media, and data-driven performance monitoring. Our mission: position Enda Tao as a key player in financial inclusion and a catalyst for the digitalization of everyday banking.

The campaign aimed to anchor the brand in the minds of Tunisians — from city dwellers to those in interior regions, young adults, parents, and daily workers — through a cultural, intuitive, and human-centered approach. Every element was carefully crafted to highlight the platform’s practical utility while remaining deeply connected to local culture.

The main challenge was to present Enda Tao not just as an app, but as a daily companion accessible to all. We had to simplify complex financial services without losing institutional credibility, creating a unifying, clear, and memorable message for a diverse audience. The spot, the slogan, and the audiovisual identity had to resonate with Tunisian gestures, habits, and culture, without falling into clichés.

Lézard & Balthazar orchestrated a fully integrated launch:

  • National teasing and reveal, including the official brand slogan and voice-over script

  • TV spot and four product-focused video capsules illustrating usage and benefits

  • Urban advertising, national radio, and social media campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Influencer collaborations, press relations, and editorial content

We developed the official slogan Tao أقبض. ابعث. خلّص., a simple, rhythmic, and instantly memorable formula that communicates accessibility, speed, and ease of use. The audiovisual content featured an original music composition inspired by Tunisian sounds, reinforcing a strong local identity and emotional recognition.

A data-driven marketing system optimized performance week after week, resulting in:

  • 2,812,708 total social impressions

  • Over 2.5 million video views

  • More than 1.1 million unique users reached

The campaign rapidly increased brand awareness, strengthened community engagement, and established a coherent and modern institutional image. Today, Lézard & Balthazar continues to support Enda Tao with ongoing 360° brand strategy, content production, social media management, and monthly KPI reporting.
